Dr. Michael Dobkowski is Professor of Religious Studies and Chair of Holocaust Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he has taught since 1976. His publications include On the Edge of Scarcity, co-edited and co-authored with Isidor Wallimann (Syracuse UP, 2002); The Nuclear Predicament: Nuclear Weapons in the Twenty-First Century, co-authored with Peter Beckman, Steven Lee and Paul Crumlish (Prentice Hall, 2000); and The Coming Age of Scarcity, co-edited and co-authored with Isidor Wallimann (Syracuse UP, 1998).
